Nigerian super talented rapper and record Boss, Olamide Badoo, has congratulated his signee, Asake, on selling out London’s O2 Arena.

Notably, Asake became the first Nigerian artist to sell out the renowned London arena on Sunday, August 20, 2023.

Asake and Olamide reunited on the O2 stage, performing their iconic, ‘Omo Ope,’ the story’s climax harmoniously brought the past and present together. The energy was tangible as Olamide spoke wisely to his apprentice in hushed tones, and it was a moment in which the roles of mentor and pupil blurred into a shared sense of pride.

A 20,000-voice chorus harmonized with his as the hits echoed, demonstrating the unwavering acceptance of his well-earned prominence.

Asake was also joined on stage by Tiwa Savage, Fireboy, and numerous other celebrities to excite the audience.

Taking to Twitter, Olamide expressed how amazed he was by Asake’s accomplishments. Olamide expressed his admiration for Asake’s diligence in the tweet, saying it never fails to impress him.

He also thanked God for granting the ‘Lonely At The Top’ crooner’s success. Olamide’s congrats to Asake quickly went viral on social media, eliciting several heartfelt responses.
